Returns & Warranty Coverage
To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to register your
purchase immediately if acquired through a Yatue Technology reseller. If a
product is believed to be defective, we will first work with you to troubleshoot
the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved and the product is under
warranty we will issue a return authorization number so you can ship it back to
us or original manufacturer for repair or replacement at our discretion. If a
product is no longer under warranty we will inform you of your options for
repair if possible, or replacement if parts are available. We work hard to take
care of our customers.
Warranty excludes physical damage, mishandling, improper or unintended use, and
may be denied at Yatue Technology discretion. Warranty does not cover any loss
beyond repair or replacement of warranted product originally purchased.
Except as expressly provided above, products are furnished by Yatue Technology
and accepted by purchaser "As is", without any warranty whatsoever. Yatue
Technology specifically excludes and disclaims all other warranties, express or
implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any
particular purpose.
